Kelley Hamilton Bonaventure

Kelley Hamilton currently serves as CEO of Bonaventure Senior Living, a company devoted to providing a high quality lifestyle to senior citizens by developing innovative communities and services that offer dignity and independence, a warm and friendly environment, and a rich and dynamic community. As CEO, Kelley Hamilton focuses on strategic vision while directing the company’s divisions, including legal, human resources, accounting, finance, health services, and information technology. He has also helped to expand the company from four communities to 37 communities located in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, Colorado, and Nevada.

From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Hamilton served as president of Kline Hamilton Realty Advisors in Salem, Oregon. In this position, he provided consulting and appraising services to clients in the real estate industry, with a specialization in senior living and healthcare properties. During his tenure with the company, he completed more than 300 appraisals and market studies for 45 clients.

He holds a degree in finance and business from Portland State University.
