Kelley Minty Morris is the youngest person to ever be elected Klamath County Commissioner and began her first term in January of 2015 with a commitment to increasing the jobs and economic outlook for Klamath County. Prior to that, Kelley contributed to the community as the Communications and Outreach Manager of Citizens for Safe Schools, a violence and bullying prevention agency. Kelley is a community leader known for bringing people together, chosen as the spokesperson for both the "Stop the Hurt" campaign to end child abuse and the Public Safety Advisory Committee. Kelley is serving on the first ever board of Trustees for Oregon Tech and is passionate about higher education. Kelley volunteered on the Klamath County Budget Committee. She is a board member of Steen Sports Park and a former board member for the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce.

Kelley spent 12 years as a journalist for NBC affiliated TV stations in New York and Oregon and still freelances as on air talent for TV and radio.
