I currently am a Recruiter working with Humana.

I have been in the recruiting and RPO industry for the last 5 and a half years. I have experience in all aspects of recruiting; Client facing, Screening potential candidates, Reference and background checks, interviewing Active and Passive candidates, and all reporting functions to support the end goal of finding the right candidate! I have solid experience with sourcing, cold-calling and prospecting to find the best candidates for my clients. I strive to make sure I keep excellent documentation, communications and am following the correct workflow. I also have experience with hard to please clients and I personally enjoy that challenge.

I have spent my career working full-time and attending night school to obtain my degree, it has taken me longer than most but I wanted to do it on my own and In December I finally will finish!
