I am a Customer Service Professional with over 10 years of experience providing customer service support in a diverse mix of business for corporate, financial institutions, securities, and retail employers. I will be graduating from Teach4Life- Customer Service vocational program on august 15, 2014. This program has enhanced my existing knowledge, skills and abilities in Customer relations, Time management, Financial Literacy, as well as, overall career development.

Currently, i'm looking to secure employment in the fields of Hospitality, Retail Management, and/or Corporate.
