Kelli Cauffman

If you asked me what I wanted to be when I got older, I would say either a great filmmaker or an effective teacher. Now that I am all grown up (for the most part), I can happily say I have been able to combine both of these passions. I am still working on honing my videography skills, and I will never stop trying to make my instruction better, but I think I have finally found my niche.

I am a high school media teacher in Hartford, Connecticut, and every day I have the opportunity to help kids learn new audio engineering techniques or video editing skills, and I get to see them take on a project from the hair-pulling start to the “we did it!” finish. In between, I am fortunate to share with them their successes, as well as their “oops!” moments.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking photographs, writing poetry and spending time with my family, including my creative husband and two incredible dogs.
