My name is Kelli Caldwell, I am a solutions-oriented, project manager with 10+ years experience overseeing projects. I have garnered much success with high profile project collaborations, including the City of Philadelphia, Nike Inc., and the University of Pennsylvania. Many of these projects were awarded media coverage from notable outlets, such as the New York Times.

Below, is a timeline of diverse issue-based campaigns that exemplify my project management skills and expertise:

(1) Social Justice Advocacy:

2014-2020: The Hope Bag Mission (Human Trafficking Awareness Initiative) As Executive Director, raised over $100K to provide emergency care resources to survivors nationwide. Developed a coalition with organizations, including law enforcement (FBI), providing Hope bags to safe houses across the United States.

2015: Organized the first inaugural “Philly Walk For Freedom” and raised over $10k for this Global Human Trafficking awareness walk.

2014: Organized a 2-day concert initiative in Philadelphia, #OccupyAirwaves, to save music education programs in Philadelphia public schools. Garnered over 2k signatures to petition PA State Legislature to save music education programs in Philadelphia, subsequent to event the petition was granted. #OccupyAirwaves became a school tour visiting 10 public schools across the city of Philadelphia.

(2) Socio-Political Advocacy:

2016: Hillary For America/PA Coordinated Campaign, as a Regional Organizing Director I recruited and managed field organizers to created/implemented strategic programs that increased volunteer recruitment region-wide.

(3) Climate Change Advocacy:

2013: National Association for Sustainable Fashion Designers- As a Project Manager, in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania, successfully developed, designed and cultivated Philadelphia’s first natural dye community garden for design students and neighbors.

2011: Nike ReUse-A-Shoe- as project lead, collected over 5,000 pairs of worn sneakers throughout Philadelphia to recycled into various recreational surfaces (i.e., playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts).
