Hey Y'all! I am currently the Restaurant Management teacher for Waxahachie High School as well as the teacher of Interpersonal Studies and Lifetime Nutrition & Wellness. I know that not every student to enter my classroom will continue on to a career in these subjects; however, I do believe that each student should leave my classroom with a valuable set of skills to enhance their chosen career path and lifestyle. Between my 3 different classroom preps, student-led catering events for the community, and our active FCCLA chapter...WHS keeps me pretty busy! In my spare time {the little bit that I do have} I enjoy hanging out with my Husband, playing with our two very energetic pups, and baking! I like to collect Flying Pigs and I think foxes are adorable!
