Often told she is wise beyond her years, Kellie considers herself a woman of understanding with an innate ability to discern untapped opportunity and capacity in her clients and their businesses.

As the founder of Easton Strategy Group, Kellie assists her clients with crafting an authentic vision for their ventures often expanding the minds of her clients and reconciling the client’s purpose and business objectives with the needs and desire of the market.

A creative at heart, Kellie keeps her fingers on the pulse of technology, culture and marketplace trends. She believes that entrepreneurship belongs to those who thirst for innovation and hungers for change- thereby making her a natural at bringing an unmatched level of ingenuity to projects.

Kellie’s experience spans across a variety of industries including, business to business sales, retail management, strategic marketing, project management, digital interaction, customer service management, event planning and hospitality management and fashion.

Kellie has a degree in Information Systems and Science from Earl Graves School of Business at Morgan State University and is a member of the Business Architecture Guild. In addition to serving as the principal of Easton Strategy Group, Kellie is a founder of Be Light Strategic and the thought leader of the Brand Anatomy Methodology and Mapping, a comprehensive and simplified branding process for small businesses to succeed and make an impact.

In addition, Kellie is the proud wife of Odai K. Easton and mother of 2 (Kalonji and Karoline-Kellie Easton) and serves as the Project Dir. of St. Paul at Oxon Hill UMC’s Life-skills Center, where she creates programs and initiatives to serve those who are under-served.
