Kelli Newman

Kelli has years of experience leading micro and macro change efforts to help companies leverage the power of diverse backgrounds and perspectives within their organizations. Kelli drove change in the legal industry as president and campus outreach director of Building a Better Legal Profession, a national non-profit that sought workplace reforms by bringing transparency to law firms' demographic data and pro bono participation. As a lawyer at Fenwick & West, Kelli advised a range of tech clients on executive compensation and employee benefits. Kelli is a graduate of Rice University, cum laude, and Stanford Law School.
