The president of the American Reliance Group (ARG) in Spokane, Washington, Kelly Ruggles offers a broad spectrum of financial strategy and asset management services, with a focus on full transparency and meeting targeted client goals. Before assuming the leadership position at ARG in 1998, he served 20 years as a financial planner with the firm.

Mr. Ruggles is also an author who has covered a range of financial planning topics for business publications. In an effort to assist people near or in retirement he wrote the book, Financial Concerns for Retirement.

When he isn’t busy writing on industry subjects or meeting the direct needs of ARG clients, Kelly Ruggles is dedicated to serving the community at large. He currently chairs the advisory board of the local offices of the Salvation Army and was formerly a member of the board of directors of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
