Kelly Ur

I was born and raised in northern New Jersey, and my endeavors show it. I've been known to bite off more than I can chew, but somehow figure out how to swallow it all down regardless.

I am a licensed massage therapist. I currently work at Elements Therapeutic Massage in Montclair NJ. I'm also in the process of starting my own gym-based massage therapy business in a few local CrossFit gyms. Please contact me if you'd be interested in an appointment!

I am in the process of completing my doula certification through Doula Trainings International. I am passionate about patient's rights for everyone as well as equal access to care.

I have been training under a variety of modalities of energywork since 2011. Energy, intention, and unconditional love for mankind are involved in every move I make.

Within all of the above, as well as my daily life, I use essential oils. Getting a massage? There will be oils. Having a baby? Oils. Need some work done with your chakras? Oils, oils, oils! I love using them and I love introducing others to them as well. Nature's limitless medicine cabinet!
