I'm pleased you are here...

I've been looking forward to this. I am Kelly, a 20 something female from the Wiltshire area of the United Kingdom. A working mother of two wonderfully delightful children, yes that is said through gritted teeth, as whilst I'm writing this to you it is now 45 minutes past their bed time I can still hear giggles, whispering and whining coming from their bedroom...give me strength.

I'm in my twenties, just about. I am divorced. I have juggled a full-time management career along side dragging, I mean bringing, bringing up my children. My youngest has a diagnosis of ASD; A boy and my eldest a girl.

Along side my children and the three cats, I shall introduce them all at some point, I am now involved and fully in love with fitness and wellbeing. Physical and mental. I found it's brilliance during my recovery following the third round of quite a serious depression. The initial treatment was medical, and so what? There is nothing wrong with that... If you go to the doctors with an infection, you are likely to be prescribed medication. Never be ashamed for taking medication or reaching out for help for your mental health. Understood? Good...
