As an eco fashion evangelist, I am the founding executive director of non profit organization Fashion Takes Action @FTAorg on twitter.

I am also a publicist, focusing solely on health, wellness, community and sustainable brands and messaging. My PR firm is called Third Eye Media.

I am also the founder and producer of the World Ethical Apparel Roundtable (WEAR) held in Toronto and hosted by Fashion Takes Action. It is a global conference that brings together the fashion industry to share best practices around sustainability.

I am a writer and a public speaker.

I am a mother of two daughters, being raised mindfully in a world full of over consumption and excess. My girls go to a holistic alternative school in Toronto. A school that I, alongside other parents and educators, founded in 2008.
