I laugh loud. I cry easily. I work hard. I play for keeps. I read everything and write anything. I sing along. I love my family - both by blood and by choice. I believe in Jesus, the love language of food, and taking chances.

The current story in my line from 'there' to 'here' is having moved from Chicago after 34 years to Myrtle Beach, to run a theater. I did that for awhile, though it was a different place than the one we moved for. Now I work on publicity and outreach for an amazing church while writing for several organizations. Before that, I was a work-at-home, gospel-music-promoting and magazine-editing mommy and stepmom. Before that, I was an English teacher and infertile.
