With a 15-year career in the real estate industry and a successful track record in marketing, facilitated by a formal education in design, Kelly Patterson carries with him a well-rounded technical resumé. It's his fundamental expertise in customer service, which began with nearly a decade in the restaurant industry and later translated to client relationship management, that has been the key ingredient to his successes. Kelly's fundamental roots in design also came into play as he developed marketing strategies to help the more commonplace products stand out from their competition. Kelly incorporated these qualities into his own real estate business, which he started in 2010 amid a historic recession. While many in the industry were bowing out for good, Kelly built his business from the ground up into a flourishing success.
