My Personal Brand Statement:

I am a results-oriented marketing student at Seneca College who is focused on the process of improvement and learning. I am also a reliable person, a team player and a leader when it comes to getting things done. Hard-working is always the first word out of people's mouths when I ask them to describe me. I go above and beyond the call of duty and strive to do my best.

My Five Values are:

• Open-mindedness: Being open-minded means that I would always be open to new ideas, perspectives, suggestions without any judgment. I see it as a core value to me because it provides me with more critical thinking skills.
• Gratitude: Being grateful for things is always one of my core values because it helps me to express appreciation for things. It helps me to focus more on the positive aspect of life.
• Honesty: Being honest means that I would never cheat or not tell the truth. Being sincere, I would build trust in any kind of relationship.
• Improvement: Improving means to me that every time you do something, you are always advancing yourself and you are always learning and developing your skills. Improvement is important when it comes to achieving my goals.
• Adaptability: Being adaptable is being flexible and able to change under different circumstances. It is important to me to be adaptable in order to adjust to new conditions.

My Five Strengths are:

• Optimism: I have a positive outlook on life. I believe in what I am doing and try to focus on the positive side.
• Dependability: I complete tasks on time. I am a well-organized person. I am also a good team player whereas I can take on a leadership role or fall into place.
• Hard-working: I do over and above what is asked of me because it simply brings me value to my life.
• Desire: I have a desire to improve and to be the best I can be. I am improving my life, my health, and my relationships by doing things that benefit them.
• Learning: I like learning new things even when they do not come easy.

Two Differentiating Attributes of Me:

• One of my characteristics is that I am good at execution, which differentiates me from others. If I have an idea or I have a goal, I will execute it instead of pushing it to the last minute.
• The other characteristic that sets me apart from others is that I am a good listener. I focus on what others are saying in an engaging and thoughtful way, rather than thinking about the answers or other things that are not related to the conversation.
