Hello! I started my recruiting business (Kelly Duke Staffing LLC) in 2015 after ten years with another firm. I specialize in technical recruiting in the engineering sector (manufacturing and A&E firms). I absolutely love engineering and everything that goes along with it. My passion is to match amazing candidates and employers in order to propel them both.

My little boy, 8 years old, has shown me what unconditional love is all about. His ability to learn and retain information is fascinating and my husband and I just try and foster that every day.
