Kelly Enterprises is an FFL/CL3/SOT and has been in the Gun Industry since 1982, when Gary Kelly founded it. From 1998 to 2010 Charles Malta managed the day to day activities at the Gun Shop. In 2010, Charles Malta took over the ownership of the business.
