I'm a Native and modest Floridian of African American descent a lovely family. I am not afraid to admit I'm not a dancer, yet a fitness exercise instructor of Zumba wearing more than this hat. I was an OD Tech for many years prior to embarking on a fitness career. I enjoy leading masses of enthusiastic people into exercise fury of contagious rhythmic actions. I'm plain and simple all about that health. Dance, for all who hasn't any rhythm, is a healer of many conditions. If I can do it, so can you. Smile. 😃
