Kelly founded Leaf, Realtors® after 12 years of experience in residential real estate in the Hunterdon/Somerset/Morris county. Originally licensed in New Jersey as a salesperson in 1999, Kelly has been licensed as a broker since 2003 and was first licensed as a real estate instructor in 2004. As a salesperson in the Weichert, Realtors®' Chester New Jersey sales office, Kelly consistently earned top honors in her company as a sales agent (Ambassador's Club and Executive's Club) while serving as a mentor to several new agents who went on to distinguish themselves as top producers. As the manager of the Weichert, Realtors® office in Basking Ridge, New Jersey where she began her real estate sales office management experience in 2003, Kelly was responsible for the recruiting, training, and coaching of a sales team of up to 59 agents including several top-performing agents. In August of 2010, Kelly became the manager of Weichert's Oldwick, New Jersey sales office where she was able to combine her 7 years of real estate sales office management experience with her knowledge of the local market to the office's best advantage in working with top producers as well as newly-licensed agents.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kelly was a products liability lawyer at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer (with law licenses in NY, NJ, and CT which are now in retired status) and a certified mediator at the Brooklyn Mediation Center. Previously a resident of the Pottersville section of Bedminster Township, Kelly served as a member of the Bedminster Zoning Board of Adjustment from 1999-2005 in many positions, including Vice Chairperson, the position she held when she left her service to the Board because she moved to Tewksbury.

Kelly is a member of the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of Realtors® where she serves that organization as a volunteer Ombudsman, the first point of contact for agent-to-agent disputes in an effort to reach consensus to eliminate the need for the disputes to advance to arbitration.

A graduate of Cornell University (B.A., Economics) and Rutgers Newark School of Law (J.D.) and native of Manhattan, Kelly lives with her husband and two young daughters in Tewksbury and enjoys sharing with them her enthusiasm for gardening, cooking, international travel, and equestrian sports (Kelly has years of experience teaching and competing in equestrian sports including dressage, equitation, and polo).
