I am a Lifetime Masters Club Realtor in Placer County. I represent an even mix of buyers and sellers and assist them in both rural and city real estate transactions. Currently, a high percentage of sales in the region are bank owned properties. Thus, I spend much of my day focusing on this segment of the market. My wife and I have lived on rural property most of our married lives. This has helped me develop expertise many agents do not have when dealing with rural land issues. I have the resources to help sellers or buyers make proper decisions on rural properties. I also do land splits and develop building lots. This also sets me apart from many other agents. We have raised our five children in Loomis and we have lived in this general area most of our lives.
