Growing up, I wanted to be a librarian because I loved reading but I also loved the systems that organised books in a library. Then, as a young adult, I wanted to be a journalist because I fell in love with writing, and my strong sense of empathy drew me to stories with social impact.

All work has meaning if you care about what you do, and this is why I am good at my job. Whether it's a start-up, corporate events, financial services marketing, fintech, solar energy or a creative agency, people have entrusted me to grow within each role and make it my own, because I really invest in what I do. It starts with marketing and content but usually ends up being much more.

Start-ups became my space because Founders have usually given their all to start something they 100% believe in, their energy is contagious but they also need fresh eyes, honest feedback and strong teams around them.

I still love stories and social justice, and I still appreciate great organising! Now, I am lucky enough to do it as a job.
