Kelly King is as comfortable with the complex communications landscape in Chicago, her adopted home, as she is with the simple life of Saint Kitts, her native island home in the West Indies.

Kelly, a dual citizen, brings an unparalleled cultural understanding and texture to Serafin & Associates, Inc. She aptly blends her sound communication skills and knowledge of new media with her unique personal perspective to consistently deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

When Kelly joins a communications effort, she immediately enlightens - and brightens - that cause. Kelly joined the Serafin & Associates, Inc., in May 2008 after graduating from the University of Illinois at Springfield with a B.A in Communication and minor in Business Administration, and she has since managed client matters with the skills and presence of a seasoned veteran. She seamlessly adapts to changing environments, whether she is helping to manage a corporate crisis or organizing a promotional event.

While studying in the state capital, Kelly operated studio cameras and helped direct floor activity while working with the university's studio and multi-camera production crews. She also worked as assignment director and photographer for the university television network, delivering content to the campus community.

She helps to give all our clients the individual attention they have come to expect from our firm, recognizing that each client is unique and has different challenges and needs. That's the Serafin difference.
