Kelly Kline

Kelly Kline was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has one brother, Zach who is a student at the University of Cincinnati. Some of Kelly’s hobbies include cooking, reading, knitting, and watching The Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother. Her favorite foods to cook are meatballs and chicken Parmesan, and her favorite desserts to bake are Oreo cheesecake, and flourless chocolate cake. Kelly’s favorite books are the 50 Shades of Gray trilogy, and Eat Pray Love. Pilates and Yoga are also two things that Kelly loves to do. She plans on getting her Pilates Reformer Certification in the near future. Kelly started dancing at the age of three at Just Off Broadway dance studio, and continues to dance here at Shenandoah University as a BFA Dance Major. Her favorite styles of dance are contemporary and musical theatre dance. Kelly was on Just Off Broadway’s Award Winning Competition Team for twelve years, winning numerous National Competitions, as well as receiving scholarships and awards for dance. Teaching dance is something Kelly really enjoys, especially the three to five age group. She loves that the kids will always remember her as there first dance teacher, and that she can share what she loves with young kids. Kelly also found joy in acting. She performed The Pillow Man and A Christmas Yet To Come with the Know Theatre of Cincinnati. In high school, Kelly was a cheerleader for the football team. She also choreographed all of the Musicals and Plays, and even won a Cappie award for her choreography in A Yellow Boat. Kelly also has a thing for fashion. She loves shopping at her favorite store, Ann Taylor Loft, and has a slight obsession with boots. Kelly is a freshman at Shenandoah University and is excited to see what the next four years bring.
