Kelly Lough

I had the opportunity to find and foster my passion for teambuilding, diversity training, workshop facilitation, and talent management through a career in student affairs. I have worked at a variety of universities where I led training, supervised undergraduate, graduate, and professional staff, and facilitated workshops both within the department and externally.

I utilize my own strengths to know where I can develop and improve and use these to then positively impact others through trainings and workshops. It is my desire and hope to continue utilizing my passion for the positive development of others and their teams.
