four months ago, i found out that i am allergic to gluten, dairy and eggs. naturally, it seemed like the end of the world, as all of the foods i loved contained at least one of these ingredients. it broke my heart to think that i could no longer enjoy my favorite treats. ben and jerry were like my best friends! however, as i have grown accustomed to keeping these foods out of my diet, i've realized that it's really not as bad as i thought it would be. luckily, i have found some amazing, great-tasting gluten/dairy/egg free products that make perfect substitutes for the foods i used to love. i want to share my story in hopes that someone will find it helpful. i know the number of people with food allergies and intolerances is growing, and i want to use my experience to let those people know that it's not the end of the world. this blog will be dedicated to sharing everything i know and everything i have experienced regarding my food allergies. i am more than happy to answer any questions. all you have to do is ask... :kelly:
