Kelly Nieman
Actor, Musician, and Teacher in Buffalo, NY
Kelly has been a music teacher and band director with Alden Central Schools for over 25 years. While teaching by day, she is also an active musician and actor.
Kelly is available for solo, chamber, and choral performances. She is currently an alto with the Buffalo Master Chorale, under the baton of Jaman Dunn. In 2020 Ms. Nieman won the Grammy for Best Choral Performance with the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus in their performance of Richard Danielpour’s The Passion of Yeshua. She also sang with the National Masterwork Chorus at Carnegie Music Hall in April 2022.
With her quirky personality and love of drama, it didn’t take long for her to take her microphone and begin voice acting. She frequently comes up with new characters for commercials and audiobooks and loves to act on screen as well. You can check out some of her reels on YouTube.
