Kelly Odle
Kelly is a near 20-year public relations veteran of the technology PR industry. She is adept in all phases of the public relations process, from campaign strategy and positioning to project management, writing and research. She is also incredibly responsive, creative, thoughtful and results-driven.
Kelly has focused her career on supporting technology companies ranging from small start-ups in niche markets to established Fortune 500 businesses, both consumer-facing and business-to-business. She has counseled her clients on company and product positioning, competitive strategy, media training and third-party outreach. Kelly has written a range of documents to position her clients for success, including presentations, news releases and case studies. In addition, Kelly has worked with all types of media, from national broadcast and dailies to small, targeted trades and verticals.
Kelly founded Odle Communications in 1999 on the basis that strategic, planned public relations programs can be successfully executed in a reasonable, budget-minded way. During her time as a consultant, she has had many long-term clients, and many project-oriented clients who come back year after year. This is testament to the fact that the programs Kelly initiates contribute directly to her clients’ success.
Kelly currently supports Acer America, Inc. Her ongoing work planning and executing PR activities for several of the company's mobile product lines has contributed to the growing regard for Acer in the U.S.
Kelly executed the public relations launch of Pandigital in September 2006 launch and helped establish the company as the premier provider of digital photo frames in the United States. The Today Show, CBS Early Show, Woman’s Day, Family Circle, Home Magazine, and dozens of other publications covered Pandigital.
Prior to becoming principal of Odle Communications, Kelly worked at Benjamin Group/BSMG Worldwide for five years where she served a range of technology clients as an account manager.
During her PR career, Kelly has worked with several PR firms as well as a wide range of technology companies, including CenDyne, Broadcom, PrintNation.com several divisions of Toshiba America and Viking
