Making Change Happen

About

For more than two decades I've worked at the intersection of product, design, technology and organizational transformation. Along the way, I've learned that our biggest challenges are rarely technical—they're human. They ask us to navigate ambiguity, make better decisions, build trust, and create the conditions for people to do meaningful work together.

That curiosity to better understand behaviour and inner patterns that shape how we lead and live, eventually led me inwards and into the study of eastern philosophies (Yoga, Ayurveda) and somatic therapy practices (breathwork, meditation, hypnosis). Those practices continue to shape how I lead, mentor and make sense of the world.

Focus area

People usually come to me when they're at an inflection point. They've outgrown an old way of leading, working or thinking, but the next step isn't yet obvious. Together, we create the space to make sense of what's changing, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
