Hey, I’m Kelly. I’m a fitness instructor living in Louisville, KY. I have been active my entire life growing up as a competitive gymnast and dancer in California. I graduated from College of the Canyons in California with a AA degree in Kinesiology. Currently, I have 5 years experience as a Barre Instructor from previous studios like True Barre in CA and The Barre Code in KY. I also have 2 years experience as a Bootcamp Instructor. I am a busy mom with a 3 1/2 year old that always keeps me on my toes and who loves to help me during my workouts or classes.
