Kelly Sleeter

From the start of his 10+-year career, Kelly Sleeter demonstrated an ability to consistently exceed expectations and impress his superiors. Now, Kelly Sleeter continues to impress, but as the owner of his own company. Putting his wealth of experience in real estate and tax consulting to use leading Southern Central Title to become the fastest growing full-service title insurance and settlement provider in Virginia, Kelly Sleeter has become a widely admired leader in his industry. Prior to establishing Southern Central Title, Kelly Sleeter worked for Qwest Wireless in St. Paul, MN. Taking on the role of real estate advisor, Kelly Sleeter managed all of the legal obligations that stood in the way of the company’s ability to expand its wireless network with efficiency and ease. Before Quest, Kelly Sleeter held the position of tax consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP. In his role, Kelly Sleeter advised companies that were transitioning from “S Corp” to “C Corp” status and offered general advice on receiving maximum company value through proper tax management. Showing a strong educational background, Kelly Sleeter received a number of impressive degrees. Beginning his academic career as an undergrad at Carroll College, Kelly Sleeter earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. A member of the school’s varsity basketball team and the Carroll College Business Society, Kelly Sleeter still managed to find time for his studies, being named to the Dean’s List for eight consecutive semesters. After graduating from Carroll College, Kelly Sleeter continued his studies at the Hamline University School of Law, while simultaneously earning his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. A lifelong fan of nature, Kelly Sleeter spends much of his free time enjoying Virginia’s glorious Shenandoah National Park. Additionally, Kelly Sleeter enjoys watching and participating in sports, particularly football and basketball.
