My philosophy is that things are only as hard as the person teaching you makes them!

How many of you have sat in a boring classroom? You have to go to another training session and you are dreading it. Time passes so slowly. The person speaking sounds like the old "Charlie Brown-wa wa wa wa wa". At the end of it all you are thinking... what did I learn?

I too have been there and had a hard time grasping things. I thought maybe the subject matter was too difficult to understand and that's why I "tuned out". I later found out that wasn't the case. Everyone has different learning styles and understands and processes things differently. Sounds simple, common knowledge, everyone knows that right?

Why then do some training seesions still seem so difficult to grasp? To understand? To apply?

I have an innate ability to dig into a subject, dissect it, process it and present it in an easy to understand format.
