Kelly Zwilling (She/Her) is an experienced real estate operations leader, entrepreneur, and educator dedicated to elevating client service and professional balance in the real estate industry.

As the Founder and CEO of Profile Transaction Management (ProfileTM), based in Wayzata, Minnesota, Kelly has built one of the most trusted real estate leverage companies in the nation — helping agents grow sustainable businesses through expert Transaction Coordination, ProFile Plus, and strategic systems support.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Kelly’s career spans multiple aspects of real estate, operations, and customer experience. Before launching ProfileTM in 2019, she served as Director of Operations for two top-producing Keller Williams teams in the Twin Cities, where she focused on profitability, systems optimization, and team growth. Her earlier career as a licensed REALTOR® across multiple states and her background in hospitality management gave her the foundation for her client-first philosophy and operational excellence.

Beyond real estate, Kelly brings her passion for service and innovation to education as a member of the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she helps shape curriculum focused on brand loyalty and customer engagement.

She also owns and operates Zwilling Companies, LLC, a hospitality venture offering thoughtfully designed short-term rental experiences. Her approach combines attention to detail, community connection, and the warmth of genuine hospitality — values that mirror her leadership at ProfileTM.
