Kristina Elmido is currently a Personal Chef and Owner of Delightful Chefs. She specializes in Filipino influenced Fusion Cuisine. She first became interested in cooking at an early age of 10. Born and raised in Los Angeles County California, Kristina was in the center where food of various cultures merged. And as a young girl she became fascinated with Asian fusion cuisine. Like most chefs, Kristina started developing her skills at home and quickly learned the fundamental skills of cooking and dreamed of owning a restaurant.

In 2008, Kristina graduated from Cal Sate Fullerton with a BA in Business Entrepreneurship. After a few small business start-ups, Kristina was prepared for the next step and felt ready to go back to her first love – Culinary Arts.

In 2010, Kristina moved to Las Vegas where she pursued her passion to be a Chef. She attended Le Cordon Bleu where she learned classic French techniques. From there, she worked at several restaurants and talented chefs at well known establishments including Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion and Wynn, Las Vegas (A Five Star, Five Diamond Resort).
