My name is Kelsee Ferris, I'm 17 and I currently go to Marana High School. I'm planning to go to college next year to get my business and marketing degree. My passions are 4-H and DECA; they are teaching me invaluable lessons for the work environment and life in general. I love volunteering in my community. I enjoy helping others am I am an extremely hard worker. I have integrity, devotion, dedication, focus and a great sense of humor. I am a respectful, assertive, supportive, and honest person. I care about what I am doing and will always give it 100%.

I'm currently involved in 4-H and DECA gaining irreplaceable experiences. I've been intensely involved in 4-H for eight years, this includes showing and selling livestock-mostly cattle. I have been involved in DECA for four years. DECA has helped me acquire an incredible amount of knowledge about marketing and business. I have learned so much from both 4-H and DECA; I incorporate those lessons into my everyday life.

This past summer I had the chance to work at Tucson Frozen Storage, a corporation that is huge part of our community. My job mostly consisted of being in a secretarial position. Along with that position I got the opportunity to work in the warehouse (an extremely large freezer), be a personal assistant and spend time with the owners. While working at Tucson Frozen Storage I interned part time at Old Town Feed and Supply. I have interned there for about eight years learning about the company inside and out. Working for both of these companies I have been able to learn so much more about business and apply the knowledge I have gained from 4-H and DECA.
