With a background in Movement and Sport Science and further education in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior, I help prepare athletes for high pressure performance situations by cultivating a unique set of mental skils.

Some of the skills I firmly believe in practicing are pre-performance routines, deep breathing relaxation techniques, visualization, rehearsing sport specific cue words, and positive self-talk.

As a volleyball coach, former competitive athlete, and graduate of one of the best Sport Psychology programs in the nation, I can relate to your issues and help you find the solution. Practicing mental skills can also be a preventative measure you take, so we can develop the right set of mental tools for you to use as you develop your physical skills.
