I am the Member Engagement and Social Media Manager for the Gerontological Society of America. Prior to that position I was the Association Manager for the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers. Both of these positions have allowed me to explore how to best promote nonprofits through online media as well as engage members in the association.
I graduated from The George Washignton University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I am the founder and writer behind The Capital Barbie, a popular fashion blog.
