Kelsey Hoff

I am pursuing my MFA in Poetry at Columbia College Chicago and looking for a position that will complement my skill set and my schedule.

Most recently, I have worked for Integrated Merchandising Systems as a Customer Account Rep for over 2 years. At IMS, I learned to work under pressure and provide fantastic customer service, while honing my Excel skills and getting comfortable with general office duties.

I also volunteered with the BONK! performance series for about a year as the Marketing and Promotions Coordinator. I managed social media profiles, sent out an email newsletter a few times a month, and participated in administrative brainstorming for the events.

I hold a BA in English with the writing concentration and minor in communication from UW-Parkside. During my time there, I wrote content and maintained social media for University Relations, edited on the staff of Straylight Literary Arts Magazine, worked one-on-one with students as a writing consultant at the Ranger Writing Center, and reported for the Ranger News.
