Raised in Venice, Fla., Kelsey Howard is continuing her education at the University of South Florida in Tampa as a senior. While working to earn a degree in mass communications with a concentration in magazine, Kelsey is taking on several extracurricular activities and hopes to move to New York City after graduation.
