My current role as a Search Associate on the Leadership Talent Acquisiton team has been an adventure. Learning tasks and meeting new people day in and day out keeps me on my toes. My job can surly not be discribed in a list, as it is constantly changing and evolving into new projects and tasks and that is why I love it! My goal is to be seen by my peers as a subject matter expert on many of the recruiting support tasks and programs I use daily and I know I'll get there soon!
