It’s the mission of every Kelaca employee to be the first to identify, qualify, interview and present, not just the “first” candidate, but the “perfect” candidate.

Once you’ve selected a candidate, we continue our role in the process by supporting the build of the relationship between employer and employee or contractor. In the first stages of the relationship, we want to assure that communication, interactions and expectations are functioning well and that both parties are getting their desired outcomes from the relationship.
