My name is Kelvin Oscar Torres De León. I am 19 years old and live in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao with an Associate degree in Electronic Technology. I dominate using protoboard, multisim,multimeter and signal generator.
