Lipstick Lifters is a community that supports female weightlifters, from powerlifters, bodybuilders, strongwomen, Olympic lifters and those who lift just for fun. Our main priority is strength, we empower women to find and continue to build their physical, mental and emotional strength through lifting. We share weekly workouts, as well as paid monthly training plans to assist beginners and support regular lifters with their own personal development. We also host two retreats a year, this year our retreat will be held in Paphos, Cyprus.
