Kelvin Mweemba
Tutor, Researcher, and Development Practitioner in Lusaka, Zambia.
I am an Integrated Development Practitioner with a background in Development Studies and growing experience across research, academic administration, teaching, and monitoring and evaluation.
My interests lie in governance, policy, systems thinking, and sustainable development, particularly in how institutions, communities, and social systems interact to shape development outcomes. Currently, I work across academic administration and research while pursuing a Master of Development Studies. My experience includes teaching, research proposal coordination, development research, and community-focused academic work, all of which continue to shape my understanding of development from both institutional and practical perspectives.
In the long term, I aim to contribute to development policy, institutional strengthening, and evidence-based initiatives that promote sustainable human development and meaningful social progress.
