Passionate about people, I have trained and developed individuals and groups across a myriad of industries and in multiple labour market sectors on four continents. I am mostly disillusioned about most senior and executive management structures and ablities, and believe that generally people in positions of power and executive seats are EQ deprived and too attached to their bottom lines, while too far removed from their people talent. I remain, however, mostly optimistic about people's abilities to surprise, demonstrate willingness to change, and their innate good intentions.
