When I'm not in front of a keyboard writing code, dissecting data or juggling timelines, you'll most likely find me behind a camera or spending quality time with my beautiful wife, Lisadawn, and our menagerie of feathered, furry and "finned" children. With 2 dogs, 3 parrots and an aquarium, a fair amount of that time includes brushing, scrubbing, feeding and/or picking up one thing or another.

Of course when you're a product of North Central Wisconsin, you've also developed a love for the great outdoors. When taking a break from the mid-western work ethic, we are certainly no different. Whether puttering around our 28-acre parcel in rural Merrill, floating one of the many local waterways in our kayaks or hiking the trails in our beloved getaway, Door County, we're loving every minute immersed in nature's beauty; most often with cameras in hand documenting the moments for prosperity.

Our shared love of photography has also opened other paths that we've been blessed to travel together. Thanks in part to our lives with parrots, birds of all shapes and sizes have a special place in our hearts and photo albums. Over the years we've developed a treasured friendship with a truly amazing group of individuals who run a local (and world renowned) non-profit wildlife rehabilitation facility specializing in native birds. Raptor Education Group Inc. (or REGI) so inspired us with their good deeds that we were compelled to volunteer our time, talents and resources to help share their story. Check out their website to learn more about their efforts and enjoy some of our photography while you're there.
