Startup CEOs are often overwhelmed. The job of turning vision into reality is hard. Three challenges happen:
1) there are a lot of projects in the company,
2) there is a lot of personal work for the CEO,
3) although the CEO needs both, the skill sets of visioning and operating are different.
That is where I come in. As a Startup Operations Manager I am equal parts: project manager, CEO assistant, and operations coach.
Highlights: Founding member of a startup that sold to Blackberry, right hand man to CEO. Product manager for Wikipedia Mobile which represented 25% of all of Wikipedia’s traffic. General Manager for an office with over $3M in revenue.
