Ken Baker

Ken Baker is a recognized industry expert on power, cooling and datacenter infrastructure. He is an evangelist for the latest in energy conservation and efficiency technologies for customers worldwide. Baker joined HP in 1982 and was responsible for the formation of a number of technical organizations, and has held numerous other Engineering positions within HP including program and product management for a variety of hardware and software products. He recently left HP after 30 years to form Urban Technology Services, an independent technology consulting firm, designed to provide clients with unbiased guidance on ways to pursue energy efficient datacenter designs, and the impact modern IT has on future design practices.
