Kenneth Brennan

Ken Brennan founded KenBrennan Law, P.C. in 2008 after more than a decade representing and taking on the largest companies in the world in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

KenBrennan Law focuses on four areas of law: employment law, government fraud, class actions, and pharmaceutical litigation.

KenBrennan Law represents employees in all manner of disputes with their employers and former employers, including disputes related to wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, minimum wage and overtime violations, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

KenBrennan Law represents whistleblowers who come forward with evidence of fraud perpetrated against agencies of the state and federal governments. The federal False Claims Act and the Illinois False Claims Act authorize awards to whistleblowers of up to 25% of the amount the government recovers.

KenBrennan Law represents employees and consumers who have been damaged by a common scheme or course of conduct. Few legal disputes are appropriate for class action treatment, but when they are, workers and consumers interested in seeking economic justice for a group larger than themselves are ideal class representatives.

KenBrennan law represents people who have been injured by pharmaceuticals that were inadequately labeled. Due to intense industry competition and a desire to maintain and increase market share, pharmaceutical marketing departments all too often conceal and cover up drug side effects that their medical departments have discovered.
