Ken Carroll

Ken brings over 15 years of experience in delivering organizational development, performance management, and information technology. He comes to SuccessFactors from URS Corporation where he deployed a global mentoring network focused on creating productive learning relationships. Previous to URS, Ken was Director of Career Development and an Organizational Development Consultant. He has partnered with hundreds of organizations to improve bottom line performance.

Ken graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Management Information Systems. He serves on the Board for the Idaho Better Business Bureau and on the Revenue Committee for the National Council of Better Business Bureaus. Ken loves spending time outdoors with his high school sweetheart and wife. On any given weekend he will be rafting the rivers of Idaho, backpacking into a high mountain lake, or building furniture in his garage.
